LEGENDcom

The LEGENDcom database is an online database of migration and citizenship legislation and policy documents produced by the Australian Department of Home Affairs. It is not accessed via the UTS Library.

It contains current and historical versions of:

  • All key Australian acts and regulations.

  • Policy Instructions (formerly Procedures Advice Manuals), Migration Series Instructions, and Australian Citizenship Instructions.

  • Legislative and non-legislative Instruments, including Section 499 Directions and Gazette Notices.

  • Fillable forms that can be saved on a computer and completed by typing directly into the fields.

Most of the material in LEGENDcom is available in other resources (such as the Federal Register for Legislation). Please see other sections of this guide for further information about these.
